Normally closed state
The hard seal of the valve disc is pressed against the valve seat protrusion, forming a hard seal. At the same time, the soft seal embedded on the valve disc is tightly pressed against the valve seat end face, forming a second seal. The dual quality sealing structure ensures zero leakage of the valve. Moreover, due to the balance hole opened on the valve disc, the valve disc is subjected to less force when closing and opening, and also has less torque when opening and closing the valve.
Slow pressure state
When the bottom end of the valve disc leaves the sealing surface of the valve seat, due to the proximity of the bottom end surface of the valve disc to the bottom edge of the slot of the cage sleeve, a seal is formed between the valve disc and the inner diameter of the cage sleeve. And there is no direct release of pressure, thus achieving a mitigating effect.
Throttle state
The valve disc seal moves away from the valve seat and further opens, forming a first stage throttling of the small valve disc. The high-speed fluid flows directly to the bottom of the valve disc and the slotted part of the sleeve after slow pressure throttling, forming a window flow channel and achieving a second stage throttling. As the edge of the valve sleeve window is the throttling surface, when the high-pressure medium directly flushes the throttling channel, the bottom of the valve disc generates eddy currents due to the change in medium flow direction, which reduces the direct flushing of the medium on the valve disc. Therefore, the valve seat seal also avoids direct flushing of the medium. At the same time, due to the conical sealing surface of the valve disc, it can blow away dirt and impurities on the sealing surface of the valve seat, protect the sealing surface, and extend the service life of the valve.
Fully open state
When the valve disc is in the fully open state, the entire valve is in a fully vented state, and the resistance of the fluid in the valve is relatively small, which shortens the venting time and improves the venting effect of Minmen.
