The significance of monitoring motor speed and forward/reverse rotation:

Motor speed is one of the important parameters for machine startup, shutdown, and stable operation. A sudden change in motor speed may indicate a malfunction in the machine or industrial process. It is important to identify the relationship between vibration and speed in the analysis of motor operation status. When designing centrifugal machines, their speed operating range should avoid the machine's equilibrium resonance and ensure that their working speed does not excite these special resonances of the machine.
