Product Introduction:
The HDHG-P transformer volt ampere characteristic comprehensive tester is mainly used for on-site detection of CT/PT's volt ampere characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, demagnetization, 5% -10% error curve, secondary side circuit inspection, and power frequency AC withstand voltage. The single machine output voltage can reach 1000V and the current can reach 600A, which can meet the testing environment of 500KV power transmission and transformation projects. During the experiment, only the test voltage/current values need to be set without setting the step size. The equipment can automatically boost/boost the current and quickly display the transformer's volt ampere characteristic curve, transformation ratio, polarity, and other experimental results. It supports data saving and on-site printing, which not only saves the tedious labor of manual voltage regulation, manual recording, and curve drawing, but also uploads test data online with a laptop through a USB interface for editing, saving, or printing. .Safety management of power cable testing

3.1 The casing of experimental equipment (such as test transformers and control boxes) must be grounded, and the grounding wire should use multi strand soft copper wire with a cross-sectional area of not less than 4mm2. The grounding must be good and reliable. When there is no grounding terminal available, it can be connected to the switchgear cabinet. It is strictly prohibited to connect to water pipes, heating pipes

3.2 The metal casing of the tested equipment should be reliably grounded. The wiring of high-voltage leads should be firm and as short as possible, and high-voltage leads must be supported and fixed with insulators.

3.3Temporary barriers or ropes should be set up in the hazardous areas and ends of the on-site testing area and the tested system. Signs reading "Stop, High Voltage Danger!" should be hung outward, and a dedicated person should be on guard to prohibit unrelated personnel from approaching.

3.4 Before closing the circuit, the wiring must be checked first, and the other person in charge of the wiring is responsible for verifying and checking. The voltage regulator should be adjusted to zero and the on-site personnel should be notified to leave the testing area.

3.5 High voltage testing must be operated by a guardian. During the process of increasing pressure, the operators should be focused, the guardian should shout loudly, and the instructions should be clear and accurate. Operators should wear insulated gloves, insulated boots, or stand on insulated pads to operate.

3.6 The test power supply should have a double pole switch with obvious open circuit and a power indicator light. When changing the wiring or completing the test, the test power supply should be disconnected first, discharge (referring to equipment with capacitors), and short-circuit the high-voltage part of the boosting equipment to ground.

3.7Before conducting a voltage withstand test on electrical equipment, the insulation resistance should be measured first. When measuring insulation resistance with a shaking table, the tested equipment should be disconnected from the power supply. 3.8High voltage equipment in use should be considered to have voltage once its grounding wire or short circuit is removed, and it is strictly prohibited to approach.

3.9When encountering thunderstorms and strong winds above level 6, the high-voltage test should be stopped. It is not advisable to conduct high-voltage tests when the relative humidity exceeds 70%.

3.10 If any abnormal situation occurs during the experiment, the power supply should be immediately disconnected and the inspection can only be carried out after discharging and grounding.
