Introduction to the extrusion equipment for automotive sealing strips (Baodi Plastic Machine):

A high-performance single screw extruder or multiple co extruders designed using a Baodi plastic machine, equipped with precision profile molds and different combinations of auxiliary lines, can process different materials such as PVC/SPVC, TPE (TPV, TPO, TPU), as well as different types of automotive seals (hard, soft, soft hard combination, lining alloy skeleton, metal fixtures, tongue buckles, etc.); Paired with equipment such as glue, flocking, and hot drying channels, it can meet the production of automotive interior flocking strips. Replacing the corresponding screw barrel can also be used for processing sealing strips for ordinary mechanical equipment, with a wide range of applications.

Through continuous cooperation with high-end users, we have been able to conduct in-depth mapping and evaluation of advanced extrusion equipment abroad.
