At present, the shape of 3D printer consumables is solid round wire, and the main raw materials include ABS, PLA, PVA, HIPS, PC, etc. The product diameter specifications range from 1.75mm to 3.0mm. Baodi Company provided the first set of 3-D consumables extrusion production line to customers in 2009. After a long period of continuous improvement in equipment configuration and extrusion process, we have formed a complete production line specifically for 3D printing consumables. By matching different screw and die forming processes, it can meet the production of various 3D printing consumables raw materials such as ABS, PLA, PVA, HIPS, PC, etc.

Basic performance of production line:

-Production speed:DN1.75mm120-150 meters per minute， DN3.0mm 45-55 meters/minute

-Product accuracy: 2.9mm-3.0mm;1.72-1.78mm. (Maximum ≤+/-0.04mm,Average ≤+/-0.03mm， CPK value ≥ 1.6)

Production line features:

1. Equipped with full servo drive for the entire line, providing stable operation of various extrusion processes such as discharge, melt measurement, traction, etc;

2. Optional metering pump system can be equipped to ensure the accuracy of the extrusion volume of molten materials, increase the die pressure to avoid hollow wires;

3. Equipped with online product outer diameter detection and automatic feedback control function, the product size tolerance is controlled to the minimum, improving the automation level of the entire line;

4. Implementation of online servo cable driver+PLC program controlPrecise and neat winding，Suitable for both large and small disk winding.
