1、 Working principle

The circulating water type multi-purpose vacuum pump uses water as the working fluid and uses the negative pressure generated by the jet to evacuate. Research experiments and small-scale production processes for processes such as evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration and depressurization, and degassing. Especially suitable for laboratories and industrial communities in colleges, research institutes, chemical, pharmaceutical, biochemical, food, pesticide, agricultural engineering, biotechnology and other industries.

2、 Basic configuration of SHZ-95B circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump

• Larger pumping capacity, suitable for vacuum applications with high pumping capacity.

Five tap, can be used separately or in parallel. By using a five way tube (optional) in parallel, the extraction volume can be increased, which can meet the needs of large rotary evaporators or reaction vessels.

The motor is manufactured by the motor manufacturer ODM, sealed with fluororubber, and there is no corrosive gas intrusion inside the motor.

The tank body is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, and the outer shell is made of carbon structural steel cold-rolled plate with surface electrostatic spraying.

The jet injector is made of copper material, while the three-way valve, check valve, and exhaust nozzle are made of PP material.

The pump body and impeller are pressed with stainless steel plates (SUS standard).

Equipped with casters, it is easy to move and adaptable to flexible configurations in laboratories and workshops.
