General description:
The EYH two-dimensional motion mixer can perform two movements simultaneously when the material is loaded into the cylinder. One is the rotation of the drum, and the other is the swinging of the drum with the swing frame. The mixed material flips over the drum and undergoes left and right back and forth mixing motion with the swinging of the drum. In the case of two different directions of motion, the material is fully mixed in a short time.
Structural description:
1. The wall thickness of the host cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel δ 4mm, with a matte plate inside the cylinder and matte treatment outside. The mixed discharge valve is made of all 304 stainless steel and sealed with shaped silicone rubber material at the connection to ensure the sealing effect of the machine during operation.
2. The capacity of the material cylinder is 2000L, with a larger loading weight of 750kg per batch. The outer plate of the two-dimensional motion mixer frame is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5mm. The discharge port of the cylinder is equipped with a sealing device, and a cloth bag can be placed on the discharge device to discharge the material.
3. The equipment is equipped with maintenance ports for easy inspection and repair. The mixer can meet the requirements of mixing uniformity and comply with GMP requirements (there is a mixing baffle on the inner wall of the cylinder, and the welding joint is smooth and easy to clean). The swinging spindle is firm and supported by a stop wheel, so there will be no displacement or looseness during use.
4. The equipment discharge is equipped with an anti dust discharge device, which achieves no dust flying during discharge. The material of the cylinder is all 304 stainless steel, and there are no obvious welding marks after polishing treatment. The shaking table frame is made of carbon steel and sealed with 304 stainless steel. The sealing plate is easy to disassemble and assemble during maintenance.
