The oil moisture analyzer is equipped with multiple moisture content calculation formulas to meet the needs of different users; Equipped with an efficient micro printer and built-in large capacity storage, it can store up to 500 test records. With a convenient retrieval method, users can easily access and print test reports.
Oil moisture analyzerOne of its major features is the ability to automatically replace Karl Fischer reagents. Using the principle of Karl Fischer Coulombic method (coulometric method), the measurement range is as low as 0.0001% (1ppm), and the moisture content in liquids, solids, and gases can be quickly determined within 1 minute. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, power, scientific research, and railways. Built in multiple moisture content calculation formulas to facilitate the needs of different users; Equipped with an efficient micro printer and built-in large capacity storage, it can store up to 500 test records. With a convenient retrieval method, users can easily access and print test reports.
Operation steps:
① After installing the instrument accessories according to the instructions, turn on the instrument
② Click the "Settings" button according to the instructions to select different project settings, and press the "Confirm" button to save
③ Press the "Stir" button and wait for the electrolyte to balance before using the sampler for injection
④ After injecting the sample by pressing the "Start" button, the instrument will automatically perform the test. After the test is completed, the buzzer will sound and the display screen will indicate "Test has ended"
Oil moisture analyzerHas the following characteristics:
1. This instrument adopts a single-chip microcomputer and computer composite control system for intelligent analysis and measurement;
2. Independently designed, the instrument automatically completes the injection of new reagents and the discharge of waste reagents, and the testing personnel do not need to come into contact with the reagents;
3.65K (resolution 800 * 600) color touch LCD screen display, timely display of instrument working status;
4. Appearance design, surface treated with electrostatic spraying, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean;
5. The blank current microprocessor automatically controls compensation, and the reagent can quickly reach equilibrium state;
6.430mA high electrolysis current, high detection sensitivity and fast analysis speed;
7. Content calculation (2 formulas), automatic storage of 500 measurement results, and access to historical records at any time;
8. The instrument automatically measures the sample and displays the analysis results, and can automatically calculate the average value of multiple measurements of the sample;
9. Automatically calculate and print ug/ppm/percentage content/mg/L/sample name/experimental date, etc;
10. The instrument can be connected to laptops and microcomputers through USB or RS232 interfaces for networked management;
11. Multiple language display operations, instrument programs can be upgraded when national standards are revised;
