1、 Usage: Use

This equipment is used in the production processes of hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, etc. in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry and other industries. The reaction kettle can be made of stainless steel materials such as 304 and 316L. Mixing forms include anchor type, frame type, paddle type, etc; The rotating mechanism can adopt cycloidal pinwheel reducer, continuously variable speed reducer, etc; The sealing device can use mechanical seals; Heating and cooling can be achieved through jacket, half tube, or coil structures; Heating methods include steam, electric heating, thermal oil, etc; To meet the process requirements of different working environments such as acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Design and manufacture according to user process requirements.

Optional process: Anti corrosion lining can be made according to the needs, and the inner wall of the reaction kettle can be coated with anti-corrosion technology, which can withstand strong acid, strong alkali, high temperature, low temperature and other processing conditions.


2、 Structural Features

The reaction pot consists of a pot body, a pot cover, a stirrer, an electric heating oil jacket, a support and transmission device, a shaft seal device, etc., which can be jacketed to circulate heat transfer oil for heating or cooling; Or use a jacket design electric heating rod or steam half tube for heating.

Due to differences in production processes and operating conditions among users, mixing forms generally include anchor, paddle, worm gear, push or frame.

There are holes for oil inlet and outlet, oil overflow, venting, and temperature measurement electric heating rods on the jacket. There is a feeding port at the bottom of the pot body.
