Working Principle:PVDF glass rotor flowmeterThe DK900 series glass rotor flowmeter is a variable area flowmeter, mainly composed of a vertically expanding glass cone tube from bottom to top and a float that can move up and down with the flow rate (see Figure 1). When the fluid flows through the glass cone tube from bottom to top, the lift S and buoyancy A generated by the fluid on the float cause the float to rise. Due to the increased annular flow area between the float and the inner wall of the cone tube, the lift generated by the fluid kinetic energy on the float decreases accordingly. When the sum of lift S and buoyancy S is equal to the weight G of the float itself, the float is in equilibrium and stable at a certain height, which represents the flow rate of the fluid through the flowmeter. Because there is a certain proportional relationship between the flow rate through the flowmeter and the rising height of the float, that is, with the flow area of the flowmeter, the height position of the float can be used as two degrees of flow rate.

1、 DK900 glass rotor flowmeter specializes in technology and equipment manufacturing. Depending on its purpose and structural characteristics, it can be installed in various types such as ordinary, corrosion-resistant, and panel type, suitable for measuring small flow rates. The DK900 series glass rotor flowmeter can easily replace the glass cone tube and float without removing them from the pipeline. The DK900-2 model can measure extremely low flow rates, with a small measurement range of 0.002L/h for water and 0.1L/h for air.
