Remote transmission glass rotor flowmeter
Instruction Manual

summary:
Remote transmission glass rotor flowmeterRemote transmission glass rotor flowmeterLZBSeries remote transmission rotor flowmeter, measuring tube material includesPCAnd two types of high borosilicate glass,PCMaterial suitable for non corrosive, non solvent media, working pressure4.0MPaBoric acid glass is used in corrosive media and has a pressure resistance equal toG/R/FThe connection methods of this remote type rotor flowmeter include threads, hoses, flanges, sanitary clamps, etc. This series of products has the advantages of small size, lightweight structure, beautiful appearance, easy maintenance, safety and reliability, simple installation, high measurement accuracy, low pressure loss, and good repeatability.

Installation and Usage

Remote transmission glass rotor flowmeterinstall
1Before installation, technical parameters such as measurement range, accuracy level, rated pressure, and temperature parameters should be checked to ensure they meet the usage requirements;
2Before installing the flowmeter, the measuring edge of the float should be carefully checked for damage. For flowmeters with guide rods, the filling material that prevents the float from shaking during transportation should be removed, and the cone tube should be checked for damage. The float should be able to move freely up and down to ensure that it is normal before installation.
3The flowmeter should be installed in a vertical position (the angle between the centerline of the flowmeter and the plumb line should be ≤5It should have reliable support and should not be subjected to any tension or pressure from the pipeline. When installing a new pipeline, the pipeline should be flushed clean before installing a flow meter. The measured fluid enters and exits from the lower end of the flowmeter.Attention: Do not hold any flow meter in your hand for use!
4The upper end (inlet end) of the flowmeter should have5~10It is strongly recommended to install a bypass pipeline next to the flow meter for straight pipe sections with double nominal diameter.
5Large particles of dirt should not be mixed in the measured fluid, otherwise it may cause the float to get stuck or block the flow meter passage. If necessary, a filter should be installed upstream of the flow meter.
6The measured fluid pressure must be stable. Unstable fluid pressure can cause float fluctuations and inaccurate measurement. A buffer or setting device should be installed upstream of the flowmeter.
7If there is backflow in the pipeline, especially due to water hammer, a one-way check valve should be installed after the downstream valve of the flowmeter to prevent damage to the flowmeter.
8If the measured liquid contains bubbles, an exhaust port should be installed upstream of the flowmeter.
use
1The valve upstream of the flowmeter should be slowly opened to prevent the float from suddenly rising and damaging the glass tube. Then, the downstream regulating valve should be used to adjust the flow rate. When stopping work, the upstream valve should be closed first, and then the downstream regulating valve should be closed. Suggest wrapping a metal mesh around the flowmeter to enhance safety protection.
2Avoid sudden temperature changes in the fluid being tested.
3If leakage is found in the flowmeter during use, it is usually due to the failure of the sealing ring and should be replaced.
4When the cone tube and float are contaminated, they should be cleaned in a timely manner.
5Regularly check the error of the flowmeter. Once it exceeds the specified error, the float and cone tube should be replaced or recalibrated.
6When the measured fluid and state (temperature, pressure) are different from the scale and state on the flowmeter, the displayed value must be corrected according to the measured fluid and state (including density, temperature, pressure, etc.) in order to obtain the correct flow rate.
7To obtain accurate measurement accuracy, it is recommended that the commonly used flow rate of the measured fluid should be within the range of the graduated flow rate of the rotor flowmeter60%The above is better.
8Corrosion resistant series flow meters should be selected for measuring corrosive fluids.
9Remote transmission flowmeterIt is strictly prohibited to open the lid with electricity on.
