1Laminar flow type (TY-D):Double layer stainless steel plate design, built-in circulating fan and double-layer air duct, using laminar and convective ozone gas to circulate evenly in the sterilization cabinet cavity, with ozone concentration>200ppm, avoiding sterilization dead corners and achieving room temperature disinfection and sterilization effect.

2Low temperature drying type (DCY):Three layer stainless steel plate design, combined with laminar flow characteristics, utilizes insulation layer and constant temperature drying control system to achieve low-temperature drying function, eliminating the drawbacks of high-temperature disinfection. All ozone sterilization cabinets mentioned above can be designed with double door transfer windows. 2Ozone sterilization system

Using high-quality small-sized enamel dielectric ozone discharge cells, the ozone generation unit does not require water cooling, has low temperature rise, high concentration, and is balancedOzone concentration>200ppm greatly improves sterilization efficiency and equipment stability, with a service life of up to 20000 hours. It replaces traditional vacuum glass tube ozone generation units and is a new generation of advanced products.Using the technique of internal circulation of air flow, the gas inside the chamber is input into the ozone generation unit through an internal circulation fan and a filter. After outputting clean ozone gas, it is refilled into the chamber and accumulated through internal circulation to rapidly increase the concentration of ozone per unit time. Ozone gas is evenly distributed, fully utilizing the ability of ozone permeation sterilization to avoid sterilization blind spots.

3Low temperature drying system

Built in all stainless steel circulation blower, positioning device, electric heater, filter mesh, hygienic and corrosion-resistant; Manual dehumidification makes low-temperature drying more efficient and safe.

Working temperature 60-70℃,Choose an intelligent micro electric temperature controller with features such as digital display, adjustable temperature, temperature control, sensitive response, small temperature difference, and uniform heating.

Both the inlet and outlet are equipped with air valve devices to ensure clean hot air. Equipped with an air purification system, it effectively avoids external pollution of the interior through the air inlet and outlet during drying operations.

The advantage lies in the low-temperature drying of semi humid items to be disinfected without being moved, which is convenient to operate and can reduce secondary pollution of the items.

The sealing components are all made of high-temperature silicone rubber sealing strips, which are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.

4Cabinet body

Adopting a fully SUS304 three-layer stainless steel structure. The cabinet structure adopts an assembled combination form, which is divided into ozone sterilization chamber, insulation layer, convection duct, control room, and ozone generator. The fine welding process has no visible welding points on the inner and outer surfaces, good sealing performance, strong elastic recovery performance, insulation, and ensures no ozone leakage.

The electronic control system adopts automatic program control, and drying and sterilization are automatically completed according to the program, which is easy to operate and truly realizes automated work.
