Imported DNA RNA nucleic acid synthesizerDesign an automated instrument for synthesizing oligonucleotides structurally similar to DNA or RNA. Generally used in solid-phase synthesis, one nucleotide is added to the extended oligonucleotide chain each time, and each nucleotide is added using the same chemical reaction with the corresponding purine or pyrimidine base derivative. The chemical reactions and operational details used vary with different instruments, and the widely used method is the phosphoramide method for DNA synthesis.

OLIGOMAKER Industrial GradeImported DNA RNA nucleic acid synthesizerSpecially designed for customers who synthesize fewer oligonucleotide sequences, the 48 column model has a total of 48 synthesis columns, which can synthesize 48 products (20mer) in 2.5 hours at once. It can be configured with 6, 8, 10, 15 base bottle positions and can adapt to 1L, 2.5L or larger reagent bottles. The synthesis range is 10nmol-1umol. The imported OligoMaker DNA RNA Primer Nucleic Acid Synthesis Instrument is a flexible and intelligent synthesis solution system. The same instrument can obtain different synthesis schemes, and customers can design their own nucleotide synthesis instrument scheme according to their specific laboratory requirements.

The standard configuration includes 6 standard base monomersThe instrument hardware is easy to operate, simply place the reaction plate in the instrument to start synthesis. Maintenance is simple and fast. Replacing pipes or valves is easy because they are placed in front of the instrument. Use standard 3900 type columns. The column can be an open column with loose CPG, or it can have bottom and top filters or a closed column.

In primer mode, you can independently trigger each monomer reagent while checking all reagent nozzles. Alternatively, you can use the touch screen to control the triggering of all monomer reagents.

If the valve malfunctions, excess reagents will be automatically discharged without damaging the instrument.

Passed CE certification and the noise level is below 70 decibels.

The inner packaging measures 65 x 55 x 55 cm, with a net weight of 55 kg; the outer packaging measures 80 x 60 x 75cm, with a weight of 90 kg.

The software includes a flexible synthesis protocol editor that allows operators to modify the included protocols and save them under a new name, or write protocols from scratch. Protocol editing can be completed in Excel. It is easy to edit special protocols for different synthesis scales and sequence lengths. For example, a specially extended coupling time can be given to slowly coupled base pairs. If necessary, additional coupling reaction time can be given to all monomers. The software is simple and easy to use. After creating running data in an Excel spreadsheet on a computer or tablet, it can be transferred to the instrument using a network connection such as Wi Fi or a standard USB drive. During the experiment, experimental data can be collected from the PC end to monitor the experimental results.

OligoMaker 48 can synthesize up to 48 oligonucleotides of 20 pairs in parallel within 2 hours.

OligoMaker 96 can synthesize up to 96 oligonucleotides of 20 pairs in parallel within 3 hours.

OligoMaker 192 can synthesize up to 192 oligonucleotides of 20 pairs in parallel within 4 hours. The imported OligoMaker DNA RNA Primer Nucleic Acid Synthesis Instrument can synthesize nucleotides in sizes of 10, 50, 200, and 1000 nmol under the IUPAC-IUB standard rules.

Two reaction disks, one disk can load and synthesize nucleotides, and the other disk is ready for purification steps.
