The freeze-drying machine can modify program parameters during operation and record the resulting drying curve.
Freeze drying automatic control system
All freeze-drying processes of the Kassel production freeze dryer, from freeze-drying to defrosting, are controlled by programming.
Partition heating system
The temperature is controlled by the thermal cycle generated by heating the partition, resulting in more accurate temperature uniformity and improved freeze-drying speed.
Sample pre freezing system
There is a freezing system under the tray of the freeze-drying room, which can pre freeze the sample before freeze-drying.
Cold trap defrosting system
After freeze-drying, quickly defrost the cold trap to shorten the next freeze-drying time.
Safety gland system
The capping system sealed in a vacuum state uses an hydraulic cylinder to achieve safe sealing.
Freeze drying curve recording function
Curve data recording system, USB interface data storage can store data in the computer and achieve printing.
Remote control system (optional)
Ethernet connection for remote control of computers, enabling recording of freeze-drying parameters and monitoring and control of the freeze-drying process.
