Requirements and steps for cleaning prefabricated SMC water tanks:
1. Rust caused by surface dirt on prefabricated SMC water tanks can be washed with 10% nitric acid or grinding detergent, or with specialized cleaning agents.
2. If there is dust and easily removable dirt on the surface of the prefabricated SMC water tank, it can be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water.
3. The trademark and film on the surface of the water tank should be washed with warm water and weak detergent, and the adhesive composition should be cleaned with alcohol or organic solvent (benzene).
4. Oil, grease, and lubricant contamination on the surface of the water tank should be wiped clean with a soft cloth, and then cleaned with neutral detergent, ammonia solution, or specialized detergent in the future.
5. The surface of the prefabricated SMC water tank has bleach and various acid attachments. Immediately rinse with water, then soak in ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda water solution, and wash with neutral detergent or warm water.
6. The rainbow pattern on the surface of the water tank is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil. When washing, use warm water neutral detergent to wash it off.
