1.screw pumpIt uses the reverse rotation of the screw to suction and discharge liquid. The sectional view of the three screw pump is shown in the figure. In the figure, the middle screw is an automatic screw, which is driven to reverse by the original idea, while the screws on both sides are driven screws, which rotate in the opposite direction with the automatic screw. The threads of the automatic screw and the driven screw are all double headed threads. Due to the mutual meshing of the screws and the tight joint between the screws and the inner wall of the liner, one or more sealed spaces will be separated between the suction and discharge ports of the pump. With the rotation and engagement of the screw, these sealed spaces are continuously formed at the suction end of the pump, sealing the liquid in the suction chamber and continuously moving from the suction chamber along the axial direction of the screw to the discharge end. The liquid closed in each space is continuously discharged, just like a nut being continuously pushed forward when the thread is reversed. This is the basic principle of screw pumps.

The working principle of a screw pump is that when the screw pump is in operation, the liquid is sucked in and enters the sealed space surrounded by the threads and pump casing. When the automatic screw twists, the sealing volume of the screw pump increases the screw pump pressure under the compression of the screw teeth and moves axially. Due to the constant rotation of the screw, the liquid outflow flow rate is also uniform. The characteristics of screw pumps are: small losses and good economic performance. The pressure is high and uniform, the flow rate is uniform, the speed is high, and it can be directly connected to the original idea. Screw pumps can transport lubricating oil, fuel, various oils and polymers, and are used to transport viscous liquids.
