It is mainly used for freezing or room temperature alcohol precipitation of concentrated solutions of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions, and can also be used for water precipitation of concentrated solutions after alcohol extraction of traditional Chinese medicine.

It is assembled from an elliptical head with a jacket, a cylindrical body with a conical bottom, a three bladed stirrer, and a special fine tuned rotary liquid tube. Traditional Chinese medicine is concentrated by adding alcohol to form a liquid with a certain alcohol content, and then subjected to liquid-solid separation at room temperature and low temperature by freezing and settling to improve the purity and clarity of the extracted liquid.

Product Description
This equipment is made entirely of stainless steel SUS304 and is equipped with a high-pressure water automatic spray cleaning system. The jacket can be filled with low-temperature cooling water, and the transmission part adopts mechanical seals and explosion-proof motors to ensure the production process, in compliance with GMP pharmaceutical standards. The surface of the equipment is mirror or matte treated.
