The screw is cooled by an internal circulation cooling system. The barrel is cooled by a special air cooling system. The control system is controlled by a dedicated computer. According to different formula requirements of users, the most reasonable screw structure is equipped to achieve the best plasticizing quality. Parallel twin-screw extruder has the characteristic of low shear force, especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiles and extrusion of large-diameter pipes.
