The PVC high-efficiency line pipe production line series is mainly used for producing UPVC water supply pipes, drainage pipes, CPVC threading pipes, electrical pipes, and so on. The production line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum sizing box, a pipe tractor, a chip free cutting machine, and a stacking rack. This production line has three specifications to choose from: one out one, one out two, and one out four.
PVC conduit products are widely used in construction projects as conduits for electrical wires (concealed pipes), as well as general residential wiring conduits (exposed pipes) and postal and communication pipes. They have characteristics such as compression resistance, easy bending, flame retardancy, and insulation.
