Overview

The secondary scanning device flowmeter adopts a metal tube rotor flowmeter or a glass rotor flowmeter combined with a constant flow valve to form a flow blowing device, which realizes flow measurement and ensures constant flow output. It can be widely used in industries such as petroleum refining, ethylene, fertilizer chemical, steel, chemical fiber textile, etc. for transmitter blowing, differential pressure liquid level measurement and other process control.

If the gas flow rate of several branches is closed or adjusted, the gas supply pressure of the main pipeline will immediately change. The single path blowing device installed on the branches can accurately measure and maintain the stability of the output flow rate.

2Application of Liquid Level Gauge Measurement under Changes in Mouth Pressure

Installation precautions

Please choose a suitable installation location for the purging device to ensure that the flowmeter purging device is easy to debug, clean, and disassemble.

The magnetic coupling transmission system used in the metal tube float flowmeter blowing device should ensure that the working equipment is used without interference from magnetic fields to avoid affecting measurement accuracy and precision.

To ensure the stability of the flowmeter blowing device during installation, a bracket should be installed at a suitable location for fixation

The installation size should not exceed the given size to avoid tensile and compressive forces acting on the blowing device.

When measuring the presence of ferromagnetic particles in the medium, a magnetic filter should be installed at the inlet to avoid clogging the instrument.

It is necessary to ensure that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the requirements of the flowmeter blowing device. When installing the instrument, all micro valves should be closed.

Before putting into operation, the pipeline needs to be emptied and blown clean to avoid the impact force. The valve should be slowly opened and adjusted to the working pressure. The flow rate should be changed by adjusting the valve opening to prevent the float from being impacted and damaging the measuring components.
