SYOslurryStarch pumpIt is a single-stage cantilever with foot support, an open impeller, and a wear-resistant plate on the pump body. The shaft can be adjusted during assembly to ensure the clearance between the wear-resistant plates of the impeller. It is a liquid chemical process pump for conveying particles.

1. Product performance: SYOThe head of the slurry pump can reach 250m, the flow rate can reach 2600m3/S, the temperature can reach 250 ℃, and the pressure can reach 2.5Mpa.

2. Common materials: wear-resistant alloy, CD4MCu ,CS austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, duplex steel and other alloys.

3. Features: 1) This pump is suitable for conveying media containing particles, low or high temperature media;

2) Open impeller, pump body without mouth ring, pump cover with wear-resistant plate, long replacement cycle for pump body and pump cover；

3) The pump cover has a water-cooled chamber, which allows for the passage of cooling water when transporting high-temperature media; Ensure that the bearing frame does not generate heat；

4) Bearing lubrication method: thin oil lubrication, bearing bracket design with heat dissipation fins to ensure that the bearings do not heat up.
