Structural characteristics
The GD series pump type motor is coaxial with the pump, with a small axial height and good stability; The GDS series pump type motor with a bearing frame between the pump can be used in high temperature and important situations.
Compared with horizontal pumps of the same performance, vertical pipeline pumps have a smaller footprint and simpler pipeline connections, saving basic investment costs.
The impeller, pump body, and pump cover are equipped with replaceable sealing rings, and the shaft seal has a shaft sleeve, making maintenance convenient and saving spare parts costs.
The pump body adopts a double volute design, which can effectively eliminate radial forces, reduce pump vibration, and make the pump run more smoothly.
The pump cover has cooling or insulation functions and can be used to transport media with special temperature requirements. At the same time, the pump cover is equipped with a vent plug for exhaust of pipelines and pumps before operation.
The size of the sealed chamber is suitable, and it can be sealed with packing and various structures of mechanical seals. It has good interchangeability, low modification costs, and is equipped with cooling, flushing, and sealing liquid systems.
The flange connection type and flange execution standard of the pipeline pump suction and discharge ports can be changed according to user requirements. The rated pressure level and diameter of the suction and discharge port flanges are the same.
