1. The machine adopts screws with a larger aspect ratio to ensure good plasticization and mixing effects of plastic particles, and produces high-quality sheets.

2. The screen changer adopts a hydraulic dual screen changing device. Easy and fast operation, improving production efficiency.

3. The rolling roller adopts a spiral groove design with an inner liner, which has good cooling effect and strong rigidity.

4. All rolling rolls adopt an independent temperature control system, which is more in line with the production process requirements of PP and HIPS.

5. The winding machine adopts a dual station 360 degree flipping design, which can roll at any angle and is easy to operate.
