The SP-660A fully automatic cam cup making machine has fully automatic control from sheet feeding, heating, forming, cup blowing, waste winding, etc., greatly saving labor costs and increasing product profits.

The machine adopts a fully automatic loosening device, and the chain feeding is controlled by a variable frequency reduction motor. It has 4 guide columns and a cam system. The upward stretching is controlled by a cylinder, and the whole machine is controlled by a PLC touch screen, making operation simple and convenient.

The optimized design of the cam and roller ensures smooth operation, high load-bearing capacity, and durability.

The mold blade material is made of high-quality mold steel: chromium 12 molybdenum vanadium, using a unique water circulation cooling, the cooling effect is very good, ensuring a long service life.
