Purpose:
This unit is suitable for blowing high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic films, which are widely used for packaging household and industrial products such as food, clothing, textiles, and daily necessities. The raw materials can be formulated to produce pearl film and degradable film.
Features:
1. Both the screw and the barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining. It has high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and durability.
2. The die head is plated with hard chromium, and its structure is a spiral core shaft type. The extruded molten material is uniform, and the blown film has good smoothness. The air cooling device has a labyrinth structure with uniform air output. The traction device adopts a lifting type that can be adjusted according to different process requirements.
3. The winding device adopts pressure friction winding or center winding, and is adjusted by a torque motor. The winding is smooth and easy to change.
