Product Introduction: This friction and bounce sorting machine is a processing method that separates the components of mixed solid waste based on the differences in friction and collision coefficients of each component. When moving on or colliding with a slope, it generates different motion speeds and bounce trajectories to achieve separation from each other. The machine quantitatively feeds the crushed mixed solid waste into the machine. When the material falls inside the machine, the solid material falls into different collection tanks along six sets of electroplating drums in the machine, following different bouncing trajectories. By controlling the horizontal slope of the drum, the friction, bouncing, sorting, and settling positions of different materials can be controlled, effectively separating different solid waste materials.
