Product Description

Squeezing machine is designed specifically for the dehydration and drying of soft plastics such as waste PP woven bags, PE films, nylon, PA fishing nets, carpets, etc. It adopts the principle of squeezing, kneading, and drying. The machine uses the screw inside the barrel to push the soft materials, combined with the "crocodile mouth" type opening and closing control at the outlet to effectively control the discharge speed and extrusion force. The squeezing and drying efficiency is fast and the effect is good. This machine is easy to operate and can squeeze and dehydrate the moisture content of common types of thin film plastics within 10%. And the thin film materials that have been extruded by this machine have all turned into blocks or clumps, which is beneficial for feeding the granulator. This machine has a reasonable structure, simple operation, and is economical and practical, making it an essential equipment for the production line of film plastic cleaning and granulation.
