Features:

1. Vertical mold locking, vertical injection, easy and simple material and color changing, uniform mixing, and rapid heating. According to the injection weight requirements of the product, different combinations of injection units can be selected to achieve the highest production efficiency and the lowest energy consumption. Suitable for one-time molding of dual color or dual material with embedded parts, with multi station disc design, stable rotation, precise positioning, and safe and convenient picking and placing of parts.
2. Configure two upper molds on the upper template and two lower molds on the disc. When forming, the disc is rotated 180 degrees in both directions. Two color or dual material injection molding can be completed.
3. Vertical mold locking, with an additional disc and two independent units (independent hydraulic circuits) controlled by a full computer, more suitable for producing general or special two-color (dual material) molding
4. Generally, the disk has 2 stations. If there are special requirements, multiple stations can be selected for more convenient operation and automated connection planning to improve efficiency and increase production capacity.
5. Expandable computer programs and special multi station disks (i.e. two upper molds, four lower molds) can be used in conjunction with automated embedding and extraction devices on the other two lower molds to achieve fully automated operations.
