Features:
1. Direct pressure vertical locking mold, vertical injection, does not occupy space, suitable for plastic product molding with embedded parts and multi-purpose injection molding processes.
Vertical mold locking/vertical injection molding, suitable for small embedded molding of general electrical plugs, electronic components, etc.
2. Two (three) stage temperature control/injection speed/back pressure adjustment, more suitable for precision plastic and other parts molding.
3. Fast mold locking/low-pressure slow mold closing. In case of abnormal mold locking, the machine automatically opens the mold urgently. This special safety design can protect the mold and other parts.
4. The lower mold is fixed/the upper mold is movable, which provides good positioning for the molded inserts inside the mold. The finished product has a hydraulic ejection device, making it very convenient and easy to remove.
5. The electronic control accessories/hydraulic accessories are made of domestic and foreign famous brands, which are precise, durable, and have low operating noise. The locking force is 15, and the hydraulic system has traditional oil circuits, single proportional oil circuits, and double proportional oil circuits. Three options for customers to choose from.
6. Single sliding mode 1S or double sliding mode 2S can be added to make it more convenient for operators, with higher production efficiency and safety.
