The NCW series submersible blower developed by Enze is a modified version of the Roots blower, specifically designed for sewage treatment plants to sink into the water.fanFor a direct structure, the rotor is a closed non-contact type, and the double axis parallel three blade impeller has a small amplitude and a long bearing life, without the need for a pulley to drive the operation. The submerged blower is installed at the bottom of the water and connected to the pipeline for aeration. The sewage treatment is carried out through aeration reoxygenation method.

Features:

1.A fully enclosed straight structure that seals off noise, and a submerged blower that sinks to the bottom of the water. After the noise is absorbed through water barriers, it can be reduced;

2. Less faults: adopting direct power transmission, no need for pulleys, reducing fault factors, automatically stopping operation due to overload and overheating, and automatically resetting;

3. Easy installation: The main body does not require a fixed base, the piping is short, and the installation space is small;

4. Bearings and gears are not easily damaged: The transmission gear is oil bath type, and the upper bearing is lubricated with high-temperature butter, which makes the bearing less prone to damage after being cooled by water;

5. No need to build a fan room: installed underwater, no need to build a fan room;

6. Uniform aeration: Connect pipelines or aerator plates with openings for aeration;

Installation method:
Before installing the submerged blower, first conduct an air tightness test on the extension pipe of the submerged blower
After completing the testing, proceed with the following steps for installation:
1. Connect the power supply to confirm the forward and reverse rotation of the machine
2. Install two extension pipes for import and export, equipped with sealing gaskets
3. Perform an air tightness test on the connection between the extension pipe flange and the muffler flange of the submerged fan
4. Use stainless steel chains to lift the submersible motor hoist ring and transport the machine to the fan installation site
5. Fixed submersible blower base and extension pipe
6. Install inlet muffler and elbow
7. Start up and run
