SOLAREx681 is a cost-effective hydrogen flame ionization (FID) monitoring instrument. When organic matter passes through the detector, ions are generated in the flame. Under the action of polarization voltage, the current between the nozzle and the collection electrode increases. By detecting and recording this current signal, corresponding LEL data can be obtained. Typical organic compounds exhibit a response on FID with a response time of less than 1 second. Generally, the larger the molecular weight, the higher the sensitivity, and the vast majority of organic compounds have good response on FID.
Analyzer Design
SOLAREx681 Flammability Analyzer is a highly integrated online LEL measuring instrument, equipped with a heating monitoring room and control unit, which can ensure continuous measurement of the low explosive limit of exhaust gas by the analyzer, with a measurement range of 0-100% LEL. Shigona Company adopts excellent and professional measurement principles to design LEL analyzers, which directly measure the combustible content in the sample to obtain LEL data, ensuring measurement accuracy and linearity.
