● Working principle

Loose bottles are fed into the ultrasonic cleaning tank by the bottle sorting hopper. After about 30-80 seconds of ultrasonic cleaning, they are sent by the bottle feeding screw to the lifting pulley and then clamped by the mechanical arm on the large drum. The bottle mouth is then flipped 180 ° downwards and rotates clockwise with the large turntable. The bottle washing machine controls its production capacity through frequency conversion speed regulation; Furthermore, the timing coordination of various bottle washing processes is controlled and adjusted through PLC programs.
