1. Temperature control detection: The intelligent controller can simultaneously detect the temperature inside the kettle and the temperature of the kettle wall, and perform chain control. Any path that exceeds the set value will not be heated. At the same time, the heating power can be set by oneself, effectively preventing temperature overshoot. It is very suitable for experiments where the reaction temperature is below 180 degrees and for some reactants that need to be restricted from exploding or decomposing if they exceed the critical temperature value. The device comes with a 256 segment program temperature control section.
2. Strong stirring: using rare earth materials and strong magnets, the stirring torque is greatly increased; The brushless DC motor theoretically allows the mixing life to reach more than 10 years without the need to replace worn parts; The speed can be freely set from 0-1000 revolutions per minute.
3. Strict material selection: Integrated accessories are crucial for the durability and reliability of the controller. Our company adheres to the concept of reliability and durability, and the main components of the controller are made of joint venture brands.
4. Alarm system: When the temperature or pressure exceeds the predetermined value, an alarm will be triggered, and the relevant alarm points will display in red and flash after the alarm. The controller is equipped with an AC contactor, which controls the heating power switch and automatically stops heating when an alarm is triggered. After chain control, this alarm can only be manually restored after manual inspection to find the cause of the fault (or set to automatically restore heating), and a combustible gas alarm system can be optionally equipped.
5. Modular heating design: Reactors of different volumes can share a control chassis, while reactors of the same outer diameter can share a heater, resulting in significant cost savings; The heater casing is equipped with a dedicated anti scald cover to prevent burns.
6. Flexible selection and customization: optional gas alarm system, pressure display (control) module, cooling module, optional data communication cable and data acquisition software, etc.
