Temperature control detection:
-The D-series high-temperature and high-pressure electrochemical reactor tri color LCD intelligent controller can simultaneously detect the temperature inside the ultrasonic high-pressure reactor and the temperature on the reactor wall. And perform chain control, no heating will occur if the set value is exceeded, and the heating power can be set by oneself. This effectively prevents temperature overshoot, making it very suitable for experiments where the reaction temperature is below 180 degrees and for limiting some reactants that may explode or decompose beyond the critical temperature value. Comes with a 256 segment program temperature control section.
2Strong stirring:

6Flexible selection and customization:
a、 Gas alarm system: After being equipped with a gas alarm system, the combustible gas alarm will be linked to the reactor controller alarm, and the heating will automatically stop.
b、 Pressure display (control) module: The pressure display module includes an imported pressure sensor, connecting cables, and an intelligent display controller. An additional pneumatic back pressure valve and electronic pressure controller are added to the pressure control module. The pressure range depends on the pressure resistance configuration of the reaction vessel.
c 、 Cooling module: Pneumatic cooling module can be selected to quickly cool the temperature of the kettle wall. Including cables, solenoid valves, and pipelines.
d、 Optional data communication cables and data acquisition software. -The D series high-temperature and high-pressure electrochemical reaction kettle can achieve the collection of reaction temperature, kettle wall temperature, and pressure.
The relevant data can be dynamically replayed, all data can be recorded simultaneously, and additional insulation and heat tracing modules or pressure display modules can be added to the reactor supporting system.
