Working principle of H42N-25C liquefied gas check valve:

The upper part of the valve disc and the lower part of the valve cover are equipped with guide sleeves, and the balance valve disc is fixed on the centerline. The valve disc can freely rise and fall through the guide tube. When the medium flows downstream, the valve disc opens by the thrust of the medium. When the medium stops flowing, the valve disc descends on the valve seat by self sagging, which prevents the medium from flowing back. In low-pressure pipelines, vertical check valves for liquefied gas can be installed without springs, using the weight of the valve disc itself and the pressure of fluid reflux to provide a check function.

When installing a liquefied gas vertical check valve, special attention should be paid to the direction of medium flow. The normal flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, otherwise it will cut off the normal flow of the medium.
