High speed polishing machine for internal and external polishing of various stainless steel cylindrical containers Features of 60-400 mesh and mirror polishing or brushed sub gloss: 1. Polishing with cloth grinding wheel and Chiba wheel, low cost and high efficiency It can be mirrored 2. The polishing speed can reach 8-10m2 per hour (calculated for one polishing). 3. Improve the polishing quality, with a roughness of up to 0.28um. This can avoid unstable quality and large rework caused by manual polishing. 4. Can work continuously to improve efficiency. Instead of manual polishing, one equipment can reduce two to three
Qianhao Technology Stainless Steel Cylinder HeadAutomatic Polishing Machine
One Scope of application: Mainly used for internal and external polishing of spherical heads, crown heads, conical heads, pressure vessel heads, stainless steel heads and other products
II Technical Features
1. Adopting photoelectric control lifting mechanism, equipped with limit switch, reciprocating walking, no need for manual operation, high degree of automation
2. The polishing product range has a diameter of 500-3000MM, and can also be customized according to customer products
3. The smoothness should be between 200-500 mesh, gradually achieved. If a mirror finish is required, a liquid wax spraying device should be installed
4. Variable frequency speed regulation, with high grade and reliable quality, improves work efficiency.
5. Polishing with cloth sanding discs and louver sanding cloth discs has low cost, high precision, and high efficiency, which is four times faster than manual polishing
6. Quality issues such as slow efficiency, unevenness, and poor accuracy in manual polishing.
7. Vacuum cleaning devices can be installed to reduce workshop pollution and pose no harm to human health (Optional) Scope of use: Polishing the inside and outside of various stainless steel cylindrical containers From 60-400 mesh and mirror polished or brushed matte finish
Advantages: 1. Polishing with cloth grinding wheel and Chiba wheel, low cost, high efficiency Can be mirror polished 2. The polishing speed can reach 8-10 square meters per hour (calculated for one polishing)
3. Improve polishing quality, with a roughness of up to 0.28um. This can avoid unstable quality and large rework caused by manual polishing
4. Can work continuously, improve efficiency. Replace manual polishing, one equipment can reduce the workload of two to three workers, reduce labor costs and solve recruitment difficulties
5. Solved the safety and occupational disease issues of workers entering the tank for polishing, reducing the risk of labor disputes
Precautions
1. UseHigh speed polishing machineBefore proceeding, the following checks should be conducted on the environment
The operator's hands and feet should be kept away from the rotating polishing head.
The operator shall not step on the power cord or wrap the power cord into the polishing head.
The operator must wear safe clothing.
The polishing area shall not exceed the length of the power cord.
The operator shall not take off the operating handle without authorization. When stopping the machine, the handle must be released only after the high-speed polishing machine has stopped rotating.
Do not use polishing pads with dust or dirt on them for polishing. When polishing pads with too much dirt cannot be cleaned thoroughly, replace them in a timely manner.
When replacing or installing polishing pads, the power must be cut off.
2High speed polishing machineStorage of
Cut off the power supply. Tilt backwards and store with the rear wheels on the ground. It should not be stored outdoors and should be stored in a dry place.
3. Polishing on wooden or plastic PVC floors is strictly prohibited.
4. When polishing on a hard surface, pay attention to the unevenness of the ground, with a slope value of 2%
5. Prevent wires from being crushed, pulled, excessively bent, worn, and damaged by heat, oil, and sharp objects.
6. Pay attention to whether there are debris or tangled ropes under the polishing pad, which increases resistance and motor noise, leading to belt breakage.
7. Regularly clean the machine, especially the wax dust inside the chassis, to prevent sedimentation.
Use and maintenance of polishing machine
1. First, place the workpiece into the track.
2. Align the center of the workpiece with the center of the dial wheel.
3. Lock the track and tilt it at a certain angle (the greater the tilt angle, the faster the workpiece advances).
4. Start the guide wheel motor, and if the forward speed is appropriate, move the grinding head onto the workpiece.
5. If a threaded shape appears, it indicates a faster forward speed, and the inclination angle of the track can be appropriately reduced.
6. During rough polishing, the speed of the guide roller can be slightly reduced, while during fine polishing, the speed of the guide roller should be appropriately increased.
7. Regularly check if there is any noise or slight movement inside the grinding head.
