TRT33 Three phase Transformer Ratio TesterIntroduction:
TRT33 is a real three-phase, fully automatic testing equipment specially designed to test transformation ratio, phase shift, and excitation current
TRT33 determines the transformer ratio by measuring the voltage of the no-load transformer wire through *
As a test result, TRT33 will display the ratio of these voltages
TRT33 is equipped with a voltage regulating switch control module for remote control of switch position changes, and can even achieve automatic operation
USB flash drive allows data to be stored on a USB flash drive
DVpower offers a 112mm built-in thermal printer as an accessory
Setting up TRT33 * is as simple as connecting it to the excitation transformer and using the front panel to input the transformer specifications. Once the parameters are selected, the three-phase transformer can be tested in two ways:
Single phase - Three single-phase voltages are applied to the three primary terminal wires of the transformer, and all three phases are tested continuously (one phase after another). By selecting the vector group, all connections and short-circuit circuit steps at the primary and secondary voltage terminals are automatically completed inside the device before testing
Real three-phase - The real three-phase excitation voltage is applied to the three-phase primary end wires of the transformer. Three induced phase voltages are tested simultaneously. Through this method, it can detect the phase angle and transformation ratio of any type of transformer, including transformers with phase offset, which cannot be achieved by other three-phase transformation ratio testing equipment

TRT33 Three phase Transformer Ratio Testersummary:
•The TRT33 instrument is a three-phase fully automatic testing device designed specifically for measuring turns ratio, phase shift, and excitation current of power, distribution, and transformers. TRT33 determines the turns ratio of the transformer by applying voltage to the high-voltage winding, measures the voltage on the unloaded transformer winding, and then displays the ratio of these voltages.
•TRT33 is based on * excellent technology and uses today's * excellent technology. This test device can perform tests on single-phase and three-phase transformers with and without taps according to the requirements of IEC 60076-1 standard.
•For three-phase measurement, the testing device is connected to all three phases of the transformer under test. If specific vector diagrams are selected for different types of transformers, TRT33 will conduct specific tests for each transformer type (i.e. single-phase, delta to Y/star, Y/delta, delta to delta, Y to Y/star, delta to zigzag, etc.) without switching test hook cables.
•In addition,TRT33Real three-phase voltage testing can be conducted, allowing testing of any type of transformer. After testing, it displays the turns ratio, phase shift, and excitation current obtained from single-phase and/or real three-phase testing.
•TRT33 allows users to input the transformer nameplate voltage for calculating turn ratio deviation. This feature eliminates any errors that would otherwise be manually calculated by the operator. TRT33 will also compare the test results with the nameplate and print out the error percentage for each test.
•Identification of incorrect test conditions, abnormal operating conditions, or transformer issues based on operating condition information or error messages. Has strong anti-static and electromagnetic interference resistance in high-voltage electric fields.TRT33It is achieved through very effective filtering. Filtering is the use of proprietary hardware and software design solutions.
TRT33 Three phase Transformer Ratio TesterConnect to the test object:
three-phase transformer
TRT33 is programmed to automatically test the turns ratio, phase shift, and excitation current of power and distribution transformer types defined by CEI/IEC, IEEE, and ANSI standards. Use two sets of four cables, and connect all sleeves on the primary and secondary sides only once.

single-phase transformer
Although it is a three-phase device, TRT33 can also test single-phase transformers. To achieve this goal, a special set of cables or three-phase cables can be used.

Three phase autotransformer
TRT33 can also automatically test the turns ratio, phase shift, and excitation current of autotransformers defined by CEI/IEC, IEEE, and ANSI standards through programming. Use two sets of four cables, and connect all sleeves on the main and secondary sides only once.

Single-phase autotransformer
Despite being a three-phase device, TRT33 can still test single-phase autotransformers. Special cable groups or three-phase cable groups can be used for this purpose.

phase-shifting transformer
The true three-phase test voltage allows TRT33 to test any type of transformer, even those with irregular vector groups, including phase-shifting transformers.

current transformer
TRT33 can also be used to verify the turns ratio and polarity of current transformers (CTs). CTs are a special type of transformer - they are instrument transformers with only one primary winding, sometimes only two primary windings. CTs have more turns on the "X" side (secondary side). Therefore, when verifying CT, the "X" test cable must be connected to the main circuit of CT. If there is no main terminal, the "X" cable should slide over the CT core wire and short-circuit.
