TDA-6C Domestic Aerosol Generator

Introduction

The aerosol generator box is entirely made of stainless steel, and the regulating valves and conversion valves are also made of stainless steel. The pressure gauge is an oil filled seismic pressure gauge. This product is an aerosol generator produced by our company after a series of improvements based on the technical characteristics of American ATI products. The internal air pump adopts an oil-free compressor imported from the United States. Without the need for an external power supply, the PAO or DOP solution can be atomized using 2 or 6 Laskin Nozzles nozzles to produce aerosols of appropriate concentration.

The TDA-6C aerosol generator can generate suspended particles of corresponding particle size and concentration ranging from 10 to 100 micrograms per liter in airflow with flow rates ranging from 50 to 2000 cubic feet per minute. This instrument is equipped with separate concentration control, pressure control, and standard connector output. The TDA-6C aerosol generator is durable and easy to operate, requiring only a suitable voltage source to generate dispersed suspended particles of different particle sizes

TDA-6C Domestic Aerosol Generator

1. Unscrew the cover located on the top of the chassis and inject liquid aerosol into the storage device until the ruler shows that the liquid has reached three-quarters.
Attention: It is important not to overflow the liquid storage device. The liquid should not be higher than the neck of the storage device, otherwise the aerosol generator will not operate well.
2. Connect the INERT GAS device located in front of the chassis to the pressure regulator using a standard plastic tube with a diameter of 1/4. The pressure regulator is where the inert gas (INERT GAS) is compressed.
Attention: To avoid the risk of fire, inert gas should be used. Use nitrogen, carbon dioxide, or argon.
Warning: Do not use compressed air.
3. Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch. (If you want to adjust the operating voltage, please refer to Appendix 1)
4. Adjust the pressure regulator to maintain the pressure of INERT GAS50PSI and keep it constant.
Attention: Increasing or decreasing the output pressure of inert gas, i.e. above or below 50 PSI, will affect the generation and operation of aerosols by the generator.
