LYO series vacuum freeze dryer

Main functions of production type freeze-drying machine:

  • Partition pre freezing function.

  • Nitrogen or inert gas can be filled for storage after drying.

  • Freeze drying automatic control system: programmable control from freeze-drying to defrosting.

  • Board layer: Adopting excellent welding technology, the board layer has no leakage (warranty for three years).

  • Freeze drying endpoint testing system: It can automatically perform freeze drying endpoint testing after the analytical drying stage is completed to ensure that the moisture content of the substance meets the standard requirements.

  • Vacuum regulation system: Adjust the vacuum degree during sublimation and analytical drying processes to avoid problems such as foaming of special substances, bottle blowing, and accelerated freeze-drying efficiency.

  • Pulse Backfilling System: Three backfilling modes can be selected: slow, medium, and fast, avoiding the problem of effective substances being blown away due to inflation of granular and flocculent materials after freeze-drying.

  • Adopting a large-sized industrial touch screen, it has good human-computer interaction, is simple and easy to understand, and can be operated easily without the need for instructions.

  • Monitoring system: Real time monitoring of system temperature and vacuum degree, with a collection frequency of 50ms per time.

  • Freeze drying process formula storage function: can store 2000 sets of fixed or user-defined freeze drying process formulas.

  • PC remote monitoring system: It can remotely monitor the operation status of equipment, with a maximum monitoring distance of 1.5KM.

  • Eutectic point testing function (optional).

  • Process data recording system (optional).

  • Calibration function: Temperature and vacuum calibration can be performed to ensure the accuracy of long-term measurement values.

  • Freeze drying curve query function (can query temperature and vacuum degree curves, convenient for process optimization and freeze-drying effect verification).


Product characteristics of production type freeze-drying machine:


uBox:

Is the box design in accordance with GB150-2011/PED? ASME standard implementation, in compliance with FDA and GMP standard requirements. The interior of the box adopts a large rounded corner design, the surface is polished with a mirror finish, and the bottom of the box adopts an inclined angle design, which is more in line with CIP and SIP drainage requirements. The box can withstand a full range of positive and negative pressures from 0.15Mpa to 0.5Pa.

uCold trap:

The cold trap adopts mirror polishing technology, with a bright and smooth surface. Optimized design of water vapor channels to reduce molecular surge resistance and improve water capture efficiency.

uvacuum system

The vacuum pipeline adopts automatic track welding to ensure firm and beautiful welding. Vacuum leak detection is carried out using a helium mass spectrometer to ensure that the vacuum system meets high vacuum requirements.

The valves and pneumatic actuators of the in-situ cleaning system are all imported components to ensure stable, safe and reliable operation. The pipeline of the in-situ cleaning system adopts automatic track welding to ensure that the welding is firm and beautiful. The CIP system pipeline vacuum leak detection is carried out using a helium mass spectrometer to ensure that the vacuum system meets high vacuum requirements. After cleaning, residual moisture is removed using a German imported water ring pump with high pumping speed for cleaning.

uSIP system

Adopting pulsating pre vacuum steam sterilization method, equipped with Fo value display and recording, it has complete safety interlock and interlocking functions, and the box comes with cooling function. Triple overpressure protection ensures safety. The design of the high-pressure pressure vessel for the box body, and all components during the manufacturing process are inspected and tested by industrial X-ray machines to ensure overall stability and high pressure resistance. The valves of the in-situ disinfection system are all temperature resistant up to 350 degrees CelsiusThe above imported original documents. Pneumatic actuators are all made of imported components to ensure stable, safe and reliable operation. The pipeline of the in-situ disinfection system adopts automatic track welding to ensure that the welding is firm and beautiful. The SIP system pipeline vacuum leak detection is carried out using a helium mass spectrometer to ensure that the vacuum system meets high vacuum requirements. After disinfection, residual moisture is removed using a German imported water ring pump with high pumping speed for efficient removal. The maximum disinfection temperature can reach 150 degrees Celsius℃。
