When the stainless steel single screw pump is working, the liquid is sucked in and enters the sealed space between the thread and the pump casing. When the active screw rotates, the sealing volume of the screw pump is increased by the compression of the screw teeth, and moves along the axial direction. Due to the constant rotation of the screw, the liquid outflow flow rate is also uniform.

Precautions

1. Before starting up, the direction must be determined and must not be reversed;

2. It is strictly prohibited to operate the stator without a medium to avoid damaging it;

3. Stainless steel screw pumps that have been newly installed or shut down for several days cannot be started immediately. Instead, an appropriate amount of engine oil or soapy water should be injected into the pump body first, and then turned a few times with pipe pliers before starting;

4. After conveying high viscosity or media containing particles and corrosiveness, rinse with water or solvent to prevent blockage and avoid difficulty in starting next time;

5. In winter, liquid accumulation should be eliminated to prevent freezing and cracking;

6. During use, lubricating oil should be regularly added to the bearing seat. If seepage is found at the shaft end, the oil seal should be promptly treated or replaced;

7. If any abnormal situation is found during operation, the vehicle should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate the fault.
