1、 Introduction to Electronic Quantitative Packaging Scale (Free Drop Series)

The various components of the quantitative scale are shown in the box diagram in Figure 1. The dashed box is the electrical control box, which is the assembly of the quantitative scale electrical part. It consists of a power system, a scale display controller, a manual control part, etc. The electrical components associated with the control box include resistance strain type force sensors, while the mechanical components include six weighing buckets and actuators for feeding and discharging.

3、 Product structure and working principle

The appearance and structure of the quantitative scale are shown in the following figure. During operation, under the control of the weighing controller, the material is automatically peeled and reset, and the vibrating feeding mechanism is activated for feeding. The material continuously enters the weighing hopper, and the sensor converts its weight into a corresponding electrical signal, which is sent to the weighing controller. The controller displays the weight value of the material in its panel window and outputs control signals for each part according to the parameters set by the controller, allowing the mechanism to continuously feed the weighing hopper at fast and slow flow rates to achieve accurate quantitative feeding; After the feeding process is completed, the feeding mechanism is closed, and when there is a feeding induction signal, the weighing hopper automatically opens for feeding. Each weighing bucket is independent, and materials are cut one by one according to the feeding signal.
