5. Installation environment

The whole machine is installed indoors, floor standing, and can meet your technical requirements, working effectively under the specified working conditions. There are two options for the footrest: foot shoes and expansion screws to secure the ground.

6. After sales service

(1) Installation and guidance

After the equipment arrives at your company, we will open the box and verify the packing list while our personnel are on site. Once everything is correct, installation can proceed. Our technical personnel are responsible for installation, debugging, and on-site technical guidance.

(2) Technical training

We are responsible for providing technical training to your company's operators free of charge. The training content mainly includes the working principle of equipment, operating procedures of equipment, maintenance methods and steps, safety production, etc.

(3) Our conditions and period of responsibility for quality: three guarantees for quality, one-year warranty (excluding human damage). If there is a quality issue or malfunction, Party A will provide free repairs. If the malfunction occurs due to improper use, Party A is responsible for repair and may charge a cost fee. (4) User follow-up

7. Processing cycle

Delivery shall be made within 40 days after the single machine contract takes effect.

8. Packaging and transportation

Transportation mode: railway or road transportation. Delivery to your company's location, the shipping cost will be borne by our company.
