1、 Product Overview:

QJ type stainless steel deep well submersible electric pumpIt is a water lifting equipment that is directly connected to a motor and a water pump and works underwater. It consists of a submersible pump, submersible motor, water supply pipe, cable, and starting protection device.QJ type stainless steel deep well submersible electric pumpSuitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells, it can also be used for water extraction projects such as rivers, reservoirs, and canals. It is mainly used for irrigation of farmland and water supply for humans and animals in high-altitude mountainous areas. It can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.

2、 Main features:
1. The motor and water pump are integrated and operate underwater. The structure is simple, energy-saving, efficient, safe and reliable.
2. There are no special requirements for well pipes and lifting pipes. Steel pipe wells, ash pipe wells, soil wells, etc. can all be used. Under pressure permission, steel pipes, rubber hoses, plastic pipes, etc. can be used as lifting pipes.
3. Beautiful appearance, light weight, low noise, no pollution, strong adaptability to the installation environment, significant cost savings, and no impact on the building and natural landscape.

5、 Usage conditions:
1. The power supply is 50Hz, 380V three-phase AC.
2. The first stage impeller of the water pump should submerge below 1 meter of the dynamic water level, and the bottom of the motor should be no less than 3 meters from the bottom of the well, but the submergence depth should not exceed 70 meters.
3. The solid content in water (by mass) shall not exceed 0.01%, the pH value of the water shall be between 6.5 and 8.5, and the chloride ion content shall not exceed 400mg/I.
4. The water temperature should not exceed 20 ℃.
5. The well should be upright (based on being able to be installed in place and lifted smoothly, if the deviation is severe, the well diameter should be slightly larger or an electric pump with a smaller diameter should be selected)

6. The well must have sufficient water inflow (i.e. greater than the rated flow rate).
