1、 Product Overview:

ZBD household self-priming pump, single-phase Mindong self-priming pumpIt consists of three parts: water pump, seal, and electric motor. The electric pump is equipped with a protective device. The electric motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; The water pump is located at the lower part of the electric motor, with a centrifugal impeller and volute structure; Double end mechanical seals are used between the water pump and the electric motor, and "O" - shaped oil resistant rubber seals are used for static sealing at each fixed stop seal.

2、 Application of centrifugal pump:
ZBD household self-priming pump, single-phase Mindong self-priming pumpDue to its small size and light weight, it is particularly suitable for underground pumping, farmland irrigation, garden irrigation, household water use in rural areas, as well as for removing industrial water, building construction water supply and drainage, and animal husbandry.

3、 Usage conditions:

The electric pump can work continuously and normally under the following usage conditions:
1. The working medium is non corrosive clean water, with a sand content of no more than 0.10% by volume and a particle size of no more than 0.20mm.
2. The temperature of the medium exceeds 40 ℃, and the pH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5.
3. Electric pumps should be used within the range of their rated head.
4. The electric pump should be fully immersed in water for use, and the diving attempt should not exceed 3m. The electric pump should be at least 0.5m above the bottom of the water, but should not get stuck in the water.
5. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage for single-phase is 220V, the voltage for three-phase is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value
