It can be used to measure the deflection value of injection needles, determine the rigidity of normal wall, thin-walled, and ultra-thin wall injection needles, and evaluate whether the injection needle meets the rigidity requirements. Fix one end of the needle tube and apply a downward vertical force on it. Apply a bending force to the needle tube at a rate of 1mmlmin through a force push rod. Measure and record the deflection of the needle tube at the force point, accurate to 0.01mm.

Experimental principle:
Apply the specified force to the center of the specified span of the needle tube supported at both ends, and measure the deflection value of the needle tube.
