After testing, the performance of the product can be judged through calibration to determine whether it can meet the requirements for product design, improvement, calibration, and factory inspection.
1Box type waterproof test boxBox material: All are made of SUS304 stainless steel plates, or other parts that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel plates or copper materials.
2. Water pump: Provide a pressurized test water source.
3. Flow meter: Water flow measurement.
4. Door: Large screen visual tempered glass door, allowing for real-time observation of the test conditions.
5. Reduction mechanism: worm gear reducer.
6. Swing tube swing: It is achieved through mechanical transmission such as motor/frequency converter driven reducer/eccentric wheel mechanism/rack and pinion gear. Use a frequency converter to adjust the required angle (per unit time) through an eccentric mechanism.
7. Rotating worktable: The tabletop is made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the worm gear reducer is driven by a motor to rotate. The speed is adjusted using a frequency converter to adjust the appropriate speed.
8. Nozzle: The bending radius of the swing tube is determined by the size of the specimen and the internal volume of the box. The nozzle is a foldable specialized nozzle, and the spray hole can be changed at any time according to the required aperture of the standard. The spray direction can be adjusted to ensure that the water droplets are evenly sprayed and the flow rate is sufficient.
9. Water supply tank: stainless steel water storage tank, equipped with water quality filter, inlet float ball valve, drain valve. If heating is required, electric heating pipes and temperature controllers can also be installed in the water tank.
10. Sewer: Designed to quickly drain at the bottom of the box without accumulating water.
