Then slowly increase the voltage (current) value to the desired level using a fine tuned potentiometer, and read the voltage (current) value from the digital display. When measuring the 75% VDC-1mA of zinc oxide lightning arrester, the voltage value should be stopped when the current reaches 1mA (at this time, the voltage and current values can be recorded), and then the yellow button should be pressed to reduce the voltage to 75% of its original value and maintain this state. At this time, the microampere meter value and voltage value can be read. After the measurement is completed, the voltage regulating potentiometer returns to the zero position counterclockwise, press the green button, and press the red button when it needs to boost again.
When testing large capacitors, the voltage should be increased more slowly, and the charging current of the ammeter should be monitored to ensure that it does not exceed the charging current of the generator. It is necessary to slow down the voltage increase speed to avoid excessive charging current. After the experiment is completed, return the voltage adjustment potentiometer counterclockwise to the zero position, and then press the green button to cut off the high voltage. At this point, pay attention to the voltage drop on the voltmeter to around 15kV before using a discharge rod for multiple discharges to ensure safety.

1. Please make sure to repeatedly check whether the connecting wires and grounding wires are correct, and ensure that all parts are well grounded. It is strictly prohibited to connect grounding wires in series. Pay attention to safe distance and ensure personal safety.
2. After each experiment, the boost potentiometer should be returned to zero (both coarse and fine adjustments should return to zero), the green button should be pressed to cut off the high voltage and turn off the power switch, and finally discharge.
3. Do not open the instrument without permission, as this will affect the product's warranty. The manufacturer is not responsible for disassembling on their own.
