We can produce according to ANSI, API.DIN.JIS, JPI, BS and other standards, or have the user specify the requirements. Use pressure ≤ 25Mpa.

If the gasket is used in a heat exchanger, we usually have a stainless steel inner ring with a diameter of 3.2, and the narrow band material is the same as the steel strip. The narrow band form can be adhesive or wrapped.

If the gasket requires a color code, please indicate it. The metal wound gasket is made of high-quality SUS304, SUS316 ("V" - or "W" - shaped) metal strips and other alloy materials alternately overlapped and spiral wound with soft materials such as graphite, asbestos, polytetrafluoroethylene, and asbestos free. The metal strips are fixed at the beginning and end by spot welding.

Metal wrapped gasket is a semi metal sealing gasket with elastic elasticity. The structural density of metal wrapped gasket can be made according to different locking force requirements, and the maximum compression degree is controlled by inner and outer steel rings. The surface accuracy of the flange sealing surface in contact with the metal wrapped gasket is not high.

Metal wrapped gaskets are particularly suitable for situations where the load is uneven, the bonding force is prone to relaxation, temperature and pressure fluctuate periodically, and there is impact or vibration. Spiral wound gaskets are ideal static sealing components for flange connections such as valves, pumps, heat exchangers, towers, manholes, and handholes.
