Taking crude benzene as an example, the medium pressure is atmospheric pressure, the medium temperature is room temperature, and the volume of the sampling bottle (glass) is 500ML.

IIOperating procedures for closed samplers (liquids)

1) Before sampling, ensure that all valves are in the closed state, install the sampling bottle, and ensure that the double needle is in place

Insert into the bottle;

2) Open the inlet valve of the medium and adjust the directional valve to the circulation mode. Shake the hand pump handle to circulate the material;

3) After sufficient circulation, adjust the directional valve to the sampling mode, and the sample enters the sampling bottle,

Observe the liquid level and close the inlet valve when the sampling amount is reached.

4）Blowing: Open the blowing valve and blow the residual crude benzene in the pipeline to the sampling bottle. Adjust the reversing valve to the circulation mode and continue blowing. After blowing is complete, close the blowing valve and adjust the reversing valve to the closed mode

5）Remove the sampling bottle and complete the sampling.

The above introduction shows that the liquid sealed sampler is a conventional type that collects media at room temperature and pressure. For different liquid media, the following functions can be added:

1. Heat tracing type: used for sampling low-temperature and easily condensable media
