HK-12574BJet fuel total acid value testerIt meets the requirements of GB/T 12574-2023, ASTM D3242 and other test methods, and is suitable for measuring the total acid value of jet fuel within the range of 0.000 to 0.100mgKOH/g. It is mainly used to test the total acid value of jet fuel.

Features

1. Detection method: Machine vision color recognition

2. Digital camera: 4 million pixels, color imaging, can real-time obtain the color of the tested sample, connected to the image processing system and automatic control system to achieve real-time image transmission, fast response, and avoid experimental errors caused by time delay

3. Image processing system: Real time color recognition and processing of images. Based on pixel distribution, brightness and other information, two different color space models including RGB and HSV are used to describe color channels. The extracted color information is separated, linearly, blurred, color fitted and other related operations are performed to obtain the Color Difference of the Reserved End Point Color, which is compared with the endpoint color in the backend database to complete key judgment and feedback
